Black male university enrollment still lags

More than a year after the Mississippi College Board launched a fact-finding mission to bolster the number of black males attending and graduating college, no specific recommendations are in hand.  According to clarionledger.com, a statewide task force has met a few times since its creation in June 2008, but officials say it could be at least another year before they put any plans or programs into action.
