Sandra Begay – Campbell Principal Member of the Technical Staff , Sandia National Laboratories

Begay-Campbell leads Sandia’s efforts to assist Native American tribes with their renewable energy developments. Campbell, who worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory immediately aft er graduate school, received the American Indian Science and Engineering Society’s Lifetime Achievement Award and Stanford University’s Multicultural Alumni of the Year Award in 2000. Sandra is also a recipient of the Governor’s Award for Outstanding Women from the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women.
