MOGHE has been appointed inaugural vice chancellor for research and innovation for Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where he has been serving as Distinguished Professor in the School of Engineering. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bombay.
