TANYA MILLNER-HARLEE

TANYA MILLNER-HARLEE was named interim campus CEO of Manchester Community College in Connecticut. She recently served as interim dean of academic affairs at the college and is a professor of English. Millner-Harlee holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a master’s degree from Northeastern University and a doctorate from George Washington University.
