SALVADOR MENA has been named vice chancellor for student affairs at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, effective August 1. He recently served as the senior associate vice chancellor for student affairs. Mena received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Maine and his doctorate from the University of Maryland, College Park.
