JONATAYE PRATHER was selected as chair of the Union Institute & University social work undergraduate program. She has worked in the social work and education fields for 15 years as a college administrator, non-profit consultant, assistant professor and education coach. Prather holds a bachelor’s in psychology and African-American studies, master’s in social work and Ph.D. all from The Ohio State University.
