S. TERRI GOMEZ was named associate vice president for student success for the division of academic affairs at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has served as the interim associate vice president since January 2016. Gomez earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
