NIREATA D. SEALS was named vice president of student affairs at LaGuardia Community College/CUNY. Prior to her new role, Seals was the interim vice president for student affairs at the college. Seals earned a bachelors in behavioral science/social work from Concordia University, a masters in student personnel administration from New York University and an Ed.D. from Saint John Fisher College.
