BOMANI H. SPELL has been appointed associate vice president and dean of students at Florida A&M University. He previously served as assistant vice president of student affairs at Jarvis Christian College. Spell earned a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where he is also finishing up his doctoral degree.
