Desha Williams DESHA L. WILLIAMS has been appointed dean of the College of Education and Social Work at West Chester University. Most recently chair of the Department of Teacher Education at Georgia College and State University, Williams holds a bachelor’s in mathematics from Morris Brown College and a master’s in mathematics education from Georgia State University where she earned her Ph.D. in teaching and learning.
