Cherisse Jones BranchCHERISSE JONES-BRANCH has been named dean of the Graduate School at Arkansas State University. Currently the James E. and Wanda Lee Vaughn Endowed Professor of History at the school, Jones-Branch holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, a master’s degree from the University of Charleston and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
