GUIYOU HUANG

GUIYOU HUANG has been appointed president of Western Illinois University. Most recently president of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and previously a chancellor in the Louisiana State University system, Huang holds honorary professorships at a number of international institutions as well as certificates in Management and Leadership in Education and Institute for Educational Management from Harvard.
