Lance FranklinLance FranklinLANCE FRANKLIN has been named assistant vice chancellor for environmental health and safety at Washington University in St. Louis. He had been serving as assistant vice president for environmental health and safety services at Virginia Tech. Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry; master’s degrees in occupational and environmental health sciences and civil and environmental engineering at Wayne State University; and a doctorate in civil and environmental engineering, also from Wayne State University.
