Ammu D. KowolikAmmu D. Kowolik has been named chief operating officer at NYU McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research. She served as chief of staff. Kowolik earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's in social work from Hunter College as well as an executive master's in public administration from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
