Dr. Christa D. AcamporaChrista D. Acampora has been appointed dean of the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Virginia. She previously served as deputy provost and professor of philosophy at Emory University in Atlanta. Acampora holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Hollins University and a master’s and doctorate in philosophy from Emory.
