Ricky TillisRicky TillisRicky Tillis has been appointed director of the Valley Street Campus at Gadsden State Community College. Tillis is the program advisor for Title III. He earned bachelor’s degrees in liberal studies from Athens State University and in pastoral studies from Birmingham-Easonian Baptist Bible College. He holds master’s degrees in biblical studies and religious education, both from the Birmingham Theological Seminary.
