MERIA CARSTARPHEN

Meria Carstarphen has been appointed director of the National Center for the Elimination of Educational Disparities in the School of Education and Urban Studies at Morgan State University in Baltimore. Dr. Meria CarstarphenShe holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from Tulane University in New Orleans, an M.Ed. from Auburn University, an M.Ed. from Harvard University, and a doctorate in administration, planning, and social policy from Harvard University.
