Texas A&M wants evaluation of athletic facility built by makers of collapsed Cowboys site

R. Bowen Loftin, interim president of Texas A&M University, has requested an independent safety analysis of the McFerrin Athletic Center. According to the Dallas Morning News, the facility was erected by the same company, Summit Structures LLC of Allentown, Pa., that built the Dallas Cowboys practice facility that collapsed in May, injuring 12.
