Ferrum College volleyball team earns national academic honor

Ferrum College’s volleyball team is one of 77 NCAA Division III squads which has received a team academic award from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) for 2008-09. According to the Franklin News-Post, this marks the first time that Ferrum has earned the AVCA’s top team academic accolade.
