Roman Martinez, a senior business administration major, led the University of New Mexico in 3-point percentage and ranked second in scoring in 35 games at forward in the 2009-10 season. The El Paso, Texas, native has earned Academic All-Mountain West Conference honors three times and has also participated in a 2009 summer mentorship program in various Albuquerque, N.M., community centers.
