NANCY TARGETT has been appointed interim president of the University of Delaware. She was dean of and a professor
in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment at Delaware. Targett earned a bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Maine.
