DOROTHY-HORRELLDOROTHY HORRELL has been appointed chancellor of the University of Colorado Denver, effective January 4. She was board chair of the Colorado State University Board of Governors. Horrell holds a bachelor’s, a master’s and a doctorate from Colorado State University.
