Ohio State University Researchers Say Breath Test Can Detect COVID-19

Researchers at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center have been exploring the use of a breath test to detect COVID-19. Right now, to be tested patients would need to either get a rapid test or a PCR test. Both of which are nasal swabs.

So, instead of that more invasive test, with the breath test a patient would just blow into the breath test and in the matter of seconds the test would be able to detect COVID-19.
