THUY THI NGUYEN has been named interim general counsel for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. She was interim president and chief executive officer of the Community College League of California. Nguyen holds a bachelor’s from Yale University and a juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles.
