Four-year grants of up to $200,000 are available under the just-announced competition, which has an application deadline of Jan. 26.
For applications, write to Education Publications Center, P.O. Box 1398, Jessup, Md., 20794-1398; (877) 576-7734. Information also is in the Aug. 29 Federal Register, p. 52629. Details are available on the Web (http://ocfo.ed.gov/fedreg.htm).
