Many Alabama Institutions Waive Application Fee Nov. 4-8

Kathleen StallingsKathleen Stallings

This week, as part of College Application Week, Alabama colleges and universities are waiving their application fees.

This is part of an initiative to encourage more prospective students to apply.

The list of participating schools and application promotion codes can be found here.

“Applying for college can be a balancing act,” Kathleen Stallingss, director of undergraduate admissions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham told AL.com. “But the most important thing to remember is staying organized and on track with deadlines. One of the most common mistakes students make is missing a deadline or using the wrong university name in another application.”
