GREGORY “DOC” SAWYER

Gregory SawyerGREGORY “DOC” SAWYER has announced his retirement from Sonoma State University after more than 40 years of service in student affairs. Sawyer previously spent 16 years at California State University Channel Islands where he was founding vice president for student affairs. He was also founding senior student affairs officer at Florida Gulf Coast University. He will receive the American College Personnel Association’s Contribution to Higher Education Award at the 2022 ACPA conference.
