DEMETRIUS D. SMITH

Demetrius D. Smith has been named associate vice president for student affairs at the University of Georgia. He has most recently been serving as special assistant to the vice chancellor for equity, diversity, inclusion, and student affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Georgia Southern University as well as a doctorate in student affairs leadership from the University of Georgia.
