Tannette Elie has been named executive director of university relations at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Elie has been serving as a lecturer in communications at the university for 15 years and spent 19 years as a reporter and business columnist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bradley University in Illinois, and a master’s degree in communication from Purdue University in Indiana.
