FRANCIS EBENEZER GODWYLL

Francis GodwyllFRANCIS EBENEZER GODWYLL has been named dean of the College of Education at Illinois State University, effective June 1. Godwyll currently serves as dean in the College of Education and Human Services at Western Illinois University. He received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also received a doctorate from the University of Education in Heidelberg, Germany.
