Elizabeth R. ColeElizabeth R. ColeElizabeth R. Cole has been named director of the National Center for Institutional Diversity at the University of Michigan. Cole served as faculty director of the center and as associate chair of diversity initiatives in the Department of Psychology. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her master’s degree and doctorate from the University of Michigan.
