Dr. Rachel BonaparteRachel Bonaparte has been appointed associate vice president for Teaching Learning and Student Success at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Md. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University, a master’s from Miami University, an M.Ed. from Widener University, and an Ed.D. from Delaware State University.
