Jessica ChapmanJessica Chapman has been appointed director of charter schools at Tallahassee Community College to oversee its charter sponsorship efforts as well as the creation of a STEM-focused charter school. Chapman has a bachelor’s degree in English education from Florida State University and a master’s in educational leadership from the American College of Education.
