Dr. Pernella Rowena DeamsPernella Rowena Deams has been appointed professor of psychology and senior vice president for student life and success at Talladega College. She majored in psychology and sociology at Southern University and earned a master’s in counseling psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology at Tennessee State University.
