Ariel AponteAriel AponteAriel Aponte has been appointed associate vice chancellor for military and federal relations at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. He served as assistant secretary for military affairs for the North Carolina Department of Military and Veteran Affairs. Aponte earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and master’s in International Relations, both from Troy University. He attended Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kan.
