Catherine EmmanuelleCatherine EmmanuelleCatherine Emmanuelle has been appointed director of the Center for Racial and Restorative Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She served as area extension director for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension. Emmanuelle earned a bachelor’s degree in women’s studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a master’s in advocacy and political leadership from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
