Randi Lynn TanglenRandi Lynn Tanglen has been appointed vice provost for faculty affairs at the University of North Dakota. Tanglen holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont., a master’s in English from the University of Montana, and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Arizona.
