Randi CongletonRandi Congleton has been named chief diversity and inclusion officer at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. Congleton earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and extension education from The Pennsylvania State University, a master’s in community services from Michigan State University, and a Ph.D. in education and organizational leadership at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
