Kelsi SchagunnKelsi Schagunn has been appointed assistant director for study abroad in the Center for International Education at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Schagunn holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Montana and a master’s in international affairs from American University in Washington, D.C.
