Rico MunnRico MunnRico Munn has been named chief of staff to the president of Colorado State University. He served as superintendent of the public school systems in Aurora, Colorado. Munn is a graduate of Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska, and earned a juris doctorate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
