Rebecca HopkinsRebecca Hopkins has been named vice president of learning at Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She served as the college’s dean of academic excellence, education, and human services. Hopkins holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s in instruction, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
