Dr. Britt Rios-EllisDr. Britt Rios-EllisBritt Rios-Ellis has been appointed president of California State University, Stanislaus. She serves as provost and executive vice president of Academic Affairs at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Rios-Ellis holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish, a master’s in health and fitness management, and a Ph.D. in community health, all from the University of Oregon.
