Harold Dean Trulear has been named director of the Black Congregations Resource Center at the Howard University School of Divinity in Washington, D.C. Harold Dean TrulearHe served as associate professor of applied theology at the School of Divinity. Trulear holds bachelor’s degrees in music and religion from Morehouse College as well as a master’s and Ph.D. in religion and society from Drew University in New Jersey.
