Dr. Mumbe Kithakye
As executive director, Kithakye will support divisional staff overseeing the collection, analysis and dissemination of data related to student learning outcomes, student engagement, retention and success.
Kithakye earned her Bachelor of Science at Messiah College (now Messiah University) in Grantham, Pennsylvania, and her Master of Public Health in international health and development at Tulane University. She holds a doctorate in human development and family science from Oklahoma State University, and her research interests include living-learning communities, social emotional learning and socialization of emotional regulation.
While at Oklahoma State, she has served in a variety of roles, including most recently as assistant director of residential learning and adjunct faculty in the Departments of Human Development and Family.
