Dr. Toneyce S. Randolph, who served as vice president for academic affairs and chief academic officer at Clinton College, is provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at Morris Brown College. Randolph champions interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting a holistic approach to higher education that emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and practical application of knowledge. Her research has included topics such as first-generation college students’ traumatic experiences and the impact they had on poverty-stricken urban communities. She is committed to research-based pedagogy and equipping students with skills to excel on a rapidly changing global landscape. Randolph also spearheads ongoing faculty development programs that integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies in the classroom.
