Desmond LewisDesmond Lewis has been appointed associate vice chancellor of college readiness at Houston Community College (HCC). He previously served in the role on an interim basis. Lewis has served in various faculty and leadership roles at HCC since 2008. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas Southern University and a master’s degree in history from Texas Southern University. He holds a doctorate in community college leadership from Ferris State University.
