Shelley DionneShelley Dionne has been named dean of the School of Management at Binghamton University. Shelley earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Rochester Institute of Technology as well as an MBA and a Ph.D. in leadership and organizational behavior from Binghamton University.
