Kelly HallKelly Hall has been named executive vice chancellor for finance and business services at the San Diego Community College District. Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in corporate management from California State University, San Bernardino, as well as a Ph.D. in organization and management from Capella University.
