Kathleen McGarryKathleen McGarryKathleen McGarry has been named to the Thomas Muench Endowed Chair of Economics at Stony Brook University in New York. She serves as a professor of economics at the University of California Los Angeles and as a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. McGarry earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and in economics and a Ph.D. in economics from Stony Brook University.
