Camacia Smith-RossCamacia Smith-Ross has been named chief of staff at Southern University New Orleans. Smith-Ross has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Southern University in Baton Rouge, a master’s in urban education and leadership from the University of New Orleans, and an Ed.D. in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
